Dry Beef Chilli

Dry Beef Chilli is really healthy traditional cooking recipe. It is very easy to prepare and gives you unique taste of Beef & Mutton Recipes.

    Ingredients :

Beef undercut cut into thin strips 1 1/2kg
Soya sauce               1 tbsp
Garlic               8  cloves
Salt                to taste
Black Pepper       1  tsp
Vinegar             2 tsp
White pepper powder   1 tSP
Sugar                 1 tsp
Oil                   4 tbsp
Green chilies( cut in to halves ) 15
Cornflour            1tsp
Sesame oil    for drizzling
Chicken cube flour  1 tsp

Method:

Marinate undercut with sugar,blackpepper,white pepper, soya sauce, vinegar,garlic,cornflour,chicken cube flour and salt for 1 hour .
Heat oil in a wok and cook undercut  on low flame till dry .
Fry green chillies in the same wok for few minutes, add undercut and cook for a few minutes,dish out.
Drizzle sesame oil on top and serve.
