Delicious finger licking kachrey kabab, enhances your iftar or dinner. Served with colourful vegies and over dosed with spice and flavors.

Beef mince 1/2kg
Onion (finely cut) 1
Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
Chickpeas( roasted and powdered)
2 tbsp
Ginger/garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Hot spices powder 1 tsp
Kachri powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil for frying
Method:
- Grind mince and onion in a chopper
- Add remaining ingrediets, shap in ti kababs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, fry kababs golden from both sodes.
- Remove.
- If desired, smoke kababs with hot coal.
