Ingredients:Carrots 1 kg
Small cardamom 6
Almonds 10
Pistachio 10
Sugar 2 cups
Chopped walnuts ½ cup
Dry milk powder 2-3 cups
Oil 1 ½ cup
Silver paper for garnish
Method:
Peel and grate 1 kg carrots. Dry the water of the carrots. Then take 1 ½ cup of oil in the pan and add in 6 small cardamom. Then add in grated carrots and cook it. Add in 2-3 cups dry milk, 2 cups sugar and 1.2 cup walnuts and cook it. When the oil start separating, the halwa is ready. garnish it with 10 boiled almonds, 10 boiled chopped pistachio and silver paper. Serve.
