Qeema Matar

                        

Ingredients:
 
Mince (hand chopped) ½ kg                            Peas   2 cup                                                  Onion (chopped) 2                                           Red chili powder 1 tbsp                            Turmeric powder 1 tsp                                      Salt to taste                                                      Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp                           Green chilies 4                                             Green coriander 1 bunch                                   Oil 1 cup

Method:

Take 1 cup oil in the pan and add 2 chopped onion. Fry it till golden brown. Add in 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1tsp turmeric and 1 tbsp red chili powder. Cook it and then add in 1/2 kg mince in it. Add in 2 cup peas, 4 green chilies. Cook it for further 5 minutes. Add in salt and simmer. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
