
Ingredients:
Mince meat½ kg
Eggs3
Ginger garlic paste1tbsp
Salt1tsp heaped
Chopped red pepper1tsp
Chili powder1tsp
Chopped coriander1tsp
Cumin1tsp
All spice1tsp
Curd4tbsp
Chopped tomatoes3
Oil½ cup
Coriander leaves½ bunch
Green chilies4
Chopped Onion2
Method:
Heat oil in pan; fry 2 chopped onions until light golden.
Then add 1tbsp ginger garlic paste and allow frying
Now add ½ kg minced meat, 1tsp salt, 1tsp red pepper, 1tsp coriander powderm, 1 tsp cumin powder,3 tomatoes and 4 tbsp curd .
Add 1 cup of water, allow to cook and cover the pan with the lid
Last add 3 eggs, 1tsp all spice, and green masala, leave it on simmer.
