Ingredients:
Chicken mince½ kg
Cauliflower1
Peas2 tbsp
Pao bhaji Masala1 ½ tbsp
Grated carrot2
Tomatoes1
Whole red chilies6
Chopped garlic2 tbsp
Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
Chopped onion 3
Saltto taste
Tomato puree2 tbsp
Chopped green coriander1 bunch
Lemons 2
Oil½ cup
Method:
Cut the cauliflower.
Soak 6 dry red chilies.
Together blend whole red chilies, 2 tbsp chopped garlic and 1 tbsp ginger in the blender.
Take ½ cup oil in the pan and sauté 3 chopped onion and fry it till golden brown.
Add in chopped tomatoes.
Add in cauliflower and some salt and cook it.
Add in 2 tbsp tomato puree and ½ kg chicken mince and add in water to dry.
Add in grinder masala and 1-1/2 tbsp Pao Bhaji Masala in it.
No take 2 grated carrots and ½ cup warm water and cook it. With the water dries add in 2 lemon juice and 1 bunch chopped green coriander and serve it hot.
