Fried Dhaga Kabab




Ingredients:

 Beef mince½ kg
Chopped green coriander1 bunch
Fried onion1
Egg1
Cloves2
Lemons                2
Bread slices2
Green chilies4
Small cardamom4
Black peppercorn4
White cumin 1 tsp
Poppy seeds1 tbsp
Red chili powder1 tbsp
All spice powder½ tsp
Roasted pea2 tbsp
Raw papaya2 tbsp
Oilas required
Saltto taste

 Method:

Grind together, 2 tbsp roasted pea, 1 tbsp poppy seeds, 1 tsp white cumin, 4 small cardamom, 4 black peppercorn and 2 cloves in the grinder. Add this grinded masala in ½ kg mince and 2 bread slices. Chop these things in the chopper. Add in 1 fried onion, 4 green chilies. then add in 2 tbsp raw papaya. Mic everything and keep it for 10 minutes. Make small kababs and shallow fry it in the pan. Put all the fried kababs in the pan  and then add in 2 lemon jice, ½ tsp all spice powder, 1 chopped green chilies, cook it for 5 minutes then serve.
