Sindhi Handi Kabab

Handi Kabab is a wonderful recipe and this recipe is inspired from sindhi taste.Sindhi Handi Kabab is a mouthwatering combination of mince and spices.You can serve this masala dish either with paratha or plane rice.

Ingredients:


Mince ½ kg
Bread slices 2
Salt to taste
Egg 1
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Tomatoes ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
Chopped green chilies 2
Chopped small green chilies 2
Lemons                2
Green coriander ½ bunch
Salt to taste
Chopped ginger                1 tbsp
Oil 1 cup

 Method:



Take ½ kg mince and 2 bread slices chop it. Add in 1 egg, 1 tsp crushed black pepper and 1 tsp red chili flakes. Make small kababs and shallow fry them. Now take ½ kg chopped tomatoes, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, red chili, 1 tsp roasted and crushed cumin, 2 chopped green chilies and 1 cup oil. Cook it. When the water dries add in the fried kabab. Add in 2 lemon juice, 2 chopped green chilies, ½ bunch coriander and 1 tbsp chopped ginger. dish it out and serve.
